To be part of Te Puke Sports is to proudly wear and display the Pirate logo.

The logo originated in 1988 when the club searched for an appropriate masthead or brand.  All Black Graeme Crossman was approached for some guidance.  Through his company Kiwifruit Industries and as a sponsorship gesture, Graeme had a consultant produce options.  The Pirate logo was born only being altered to include two red stripes to denote the passing of the Te Puke Rugby Sub-Union when that body recessed in xxxx

From the logo has emerged merchandise of a unique appearance and character.  Playing jerseys, formal and informal dress, bumper-stickers, umbrella’s, hoodies and a host of other items proudly display the now famous ‘Pirate-head’.
