TE PUKE SPORTS SENIOR NETBALL

We currenlty have 4 teams in the senior competition at Harbourside Netball Pavillion Mount Maunganui on a Wednesday night, ranging from competitive to social teams.

Netball returned as a sporting code in 2016 with 3 senior teams. Our teams have a very enthusiastic group of coaches, managers and supporters. We thank Super Liquor Te Puke for their generous sponsorship of our netball programme. In  2018 we had two teams playing competitive and two playing social. Pirates finished in division 2, Gold finished in division 3, Wenches finished in division 5 and Bandits finished in division 6. In 2019 we again fielded four netball teams with two very competitive teams to play in Division 1 or 2. Two teams will continue playing in the social grades. The netball section continues to grow in strength.
